Reservation Policy

Our team will be working hard to get in touch with everyone who has made a reservation with us at least three to five days prior via phone call, text message, or email.

There may be a few questions we would like to know from our guests, such as food allergies, dietary restrictions, special occasions, etc.

This is so we can provide you with the best dining experience!

To guests who fail to confirm their reservation with us 48 hours prior may receive a pre-paid charge to their credit card provided to us.

If the credit card provided in our system is not valid, we will cancel your reservation.

Guests who fail to come in for their reservation without any notice (no-show, no-call) will be charged the full amount for their omakase ($135 per person). A 20% service charge will also be added when dined.
